La hibridez andina-moderna de la arquitectura alteña desde el análisis de colores y símbolos de sus fachadas

Resumen

Este estudio analiza la arquitectura alteña contemporánea a través de métodos digitales, examinando cuantitativamente los colores y cualitati-vamente los símbolos presentes en 82 fachadas de edificios de arquitectura alteña construidos entre 2005 y 2025. Mediante un análisis cromático en espacio CieLAB y clustering K-medias, se identificó una predominancia de colores cálidos (rojizos y amarillos) con luminosidad media-alta, agrupados en tres clusters principales. El análisis simbólico reveló que las fachadas incorporan iconografía distribuida entre símbolos modernos y andinos. Es importante subrayar que no se encontró correlación estadística significativa entre tipos de símbolos y paletas cromáticas, lo cual muestra una hibridez andina-moderna que opera como un proceso “abigarrado”. Los resultados demuestran que la arquitectura alteña constituye una forma singular de producir urbanidad que articula referencias culturales diversas sin patrones predecibles. Funciona, por tanto, como mecanismo de afirmación identitaria y visibilización particular en el espacio urbano.
