The El Alto Communitarian Archive (ACEA) is a digital repository designed to house multiple documentary media and specialized bibliography on this city, aiming to expand its study from various disciplines based on El Alto's own 21st century heritage. It is a self-managed initiative sustained by the community contributions of its users. If you have research on El Alto, you are invited to upload it to the ACEA repository through our website.
The ACEA also provides the following services for researchers:

CULTURAL FOUNDATION OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA
The Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia is a government institution created by Law No. 1670 of October 31, 1995 with the objective of safeguarding, preserving, researching, disseminating and promoting the cultural heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
