Wajcha Art: Emptiness as a Creative Force in the City of El Alto

Abstract

This essay will analyze the development of art in the city of El Alto, based on the premise that emptiness, paradoxically, has become the driving force behind the most recent artistic expressions in this city. Orphanhood will also be used as a metaphor to clarify the thesis of this text.
